Services booked or bought on our website will be subject to a site viewing quote, if you have purchased a service it will start as soon as funds are received. 

Wheelie Bin Cleaning 

We start this service within the 1st month of purchase, if purchase at the end of the month service may start the following month. Once our service has started there is no refund available.

Gift Vouchers 

Gift vouchers are for the current year of purchase and must be used within the year, failing to do this may result in your voucher expiring. Gift vouchers are non refundable by receiver of gift.

Discounts or Coupons 

These will apply directly to our wheelie bin cleaning service, however in terms of our other services the discount will be automatically applied to your quote which will be subject to a site survey or size of the job at hand.
